Autumn Medley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (15 oz.)
    1 yellow onion, cut in strips
    2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced into coins
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 potatoes, diced
    3 skinless chicken breast halves
    2 c. water *
    4 c. cooked rice
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    *Optional:
    Add two packets low sodium chicken broth.
