Lemon-Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/2 tsp. orange extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease Bundt pan or tube pan generously with Crisco. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt and put in large bowl of electric mixer. Add sugar, Crisco and buttermilk. Mix 1 minute to blend ingredients, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, blending on low speed. Add extracts. Spoon batter lightly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. When cake is done, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes, then invert pan onto wax paper covered plate. Comes out easily if pan has been well-greased.
