Seafood And Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 lb. peeled, deveined raw shrimp
    1 (6 oz.) can fresh or frozen crab meat
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    3/4 c. buttered crackers, crushed
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook onions, celery and green pepper in water until tender-crisp.
    Add rice, shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Turn into shallow buttered casserole or individual sea shells.
    Top with buttered crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 servings.
