Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans Gorton's minced clams
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown diced onion in oil; add garlic and brown.
    Turn off stove.
    Add 3 cans of clams (2 with juice and 1 without).
    Add lemon juice, parsley, oregano and bread crumbs.
    Mix together; put into a casserole dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers.
