Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 minced onion
    8-oz. cheez whiz
    1 lb. chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen-parboil if using fresh)
    1-1/2 cups cooked rice
    4-oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine; saute onion and mushrooms.
    Add soup, cheez whiz and milk.
    Mix well and heat until cheez whiz is melted.
    Add broccoli and rice; pour into a baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
