Noodles For Noodle Cutter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. egg yolks
    3 whole eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    extra flour (as needed to run through cutter)
Preparation
    Mix together and separate into 5 cakes.
    Run through cutter on #5 setting; cut in half and run through on #3 setting.
    Use scissors to cut into length of noodle you want and run through cutter.
    Put cut noodles on cookie sheet and freeze immediately. When frozen, bag and keep frozen until ready to use.
    When ready to use, put frozen noodles into boiling broth and cook for about 20 minutes.
