Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (not Minute)
1 diced onion
2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
garlic powder
butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Cook rice; do not overcook.
Fry onion in oleo until tender on low heat.
Add eggs and mix.
Add rice and mix well.
Combine soy sauce with water.
Add to rice mixture.
Sprinkle just a little garlic powder.
Cover until ready to serve.
