Italian Style Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut ends from zucchini, but do not peel.
    Cook in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.
    Halve lengthwise.
    Remove pulp with spoon.
    Reserve shells.
    Combine zucchini pulp with 1/2 cup of cheese and all other ingredients except margarine.
    Mix well. Fill shells.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
