Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    artichoke hearts
    mushrooms
    cherry tomatoes
    raw carrots
    ripe olives
Preparation
    Arrange veggies in dish.
    Mix marinade and pour over veggies. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
