Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. apples
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar*
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

* I use 1 cup white and 1 cup brown.
