Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add all ingredients, except crackers.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in baking dish. Crumble Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
