Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 (2 inch) corn muffins, crumbled*
6 slices white bread
5 c. chicken or turkey broth
2 medium onions, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. mild bulk pork sausage
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

*May substitute one (8 1/2 ounce) corn muffin mix.
