Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 jars junior carrots
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat until blended well.
Lastly, add carrots.
Mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 10-inch tube pan.
