Chicken & Vegetables Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. uncooked fettuccini or 8 oz. spaghetti
    1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrot mix
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. skinless, boneless, chicken breast, cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash pepper
Preparation
    Prepare fettuccini according to directions.
    Add frozen vegetables for last 4 minutes of cooking time.
    Drain.
    In a skillet over medium heat, melt oleo, add chicken and cook until browned.
    Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and fettuccini mixture and cook through, stirring often.
    Serves 4.
