Chocolate Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fine dry bread crumbs
2 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (1 3/4 c.)
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Thoroughly grease a 3-quart fluted tube pan; sprinkle with bread crumbs and set aside.
Mix well the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
Set aside.
In large bowl, cream butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in half the flour mixture, then the pumpkin and remaining flour mixture just until well blended.
Stir in walnuts.
