Meat-Za-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef chuck
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix in bowl with fork the ground meat, crumbs, milk and garlic salt.
    Press in 9-inch pie pan, bottom and edges.
    Spread tomato paste or catsup over meat.
    Add mushrooms on top.
    Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
