Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
2 lb. onions (more or less), sliced in rings
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 jar pimentos
1/3 c. salt
3 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Stir together salt, sugar and vinegar until all is dissolved. Combine vinegar mixture with cucumbers, onions, pepper and pimentos.
Put into clean jars and let sit for 24 hours.
Store in refrigerator.
