Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (fine)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Whip the egg whites until stiff; fold in sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Add to this mixture the cracker crumbs and nuts. Pour into a slightly greased pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool; top with small tub of Cool Whip.
