Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boned, skinned chicken, slivered
    2 tsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli florets and spears
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil, stirring occasionally.
    Add water, broccoli and soup.
    Bring to a boil; stir in rice.
    Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Arrange chicken, broccoli and rice mixture on serving platter.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4. Less than 350 calories per serving.
