Pot Of Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) shell macaroni (small are best)
    1 (6 oz.) sour cream
    2 lb. hamburger or ground pork
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain.
    Mix in sour cream while macaroni is warm.
    While macaroni is cooking, brown the hamburger and onion.
    Drain.
    Add salt, pepper, oregano, Ragu and tomato sauce.
    In one large casserole (or 2 medium), layer macaroni and sour cream, meat and sauce and Mozzarella cheese alternately until gone.
    (I usually do it twice in 2 medium casseroles or 3 times in a large bowl.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (covered, except last 10 minutes).
