Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
