Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. (large can) evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix until smooth.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes, until firm.
