Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 onion
    4 small cans V-8 juice (6 oz. each)
    1 c. raw rice (long grain)
    1 small cabbage
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat and saute onion in pot.
    Remove excess fat and season to taste.
    Add 2 cans V-8 juice and saute a few minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups water.
    Add raw rice and stir in well.
    Start putting in shredded cabbage, a little at a time, until all is wilted.
