Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles (4 oz.)
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and separate into bite-sized pieces.
    Simmer onion and celery until tender.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in well-greased pan, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
