Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, broken up and cooked until slightly tender
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth (this can come from the broth made by boiling chicken)
    1/4 c. red cooking wine or sherry
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    2 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
    1 pt. cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pot and stir flour smoothly into it. Stir chicken broth into flour mixture.
    Add cream.
    Cook this mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add wine, salt, pepper, spaghetti, mushrooms, green peppers and cooked chicken.
    You may either turn this mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top or layer this mixture and the Cheddar cheese until all of
    it is in the dish.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
