Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bag Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry onion in margarine until margarine is melted. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, at 400\u00b0.
