Broccoli, Rice And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cans milk
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 pkg. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Cook broccoli (10 minutes) and rice according to directions. Mix soup and milk well.
    Add broccoli and rice.
    Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Thinly slice 1 stick margarine or butter and place pats on mixture, covering it.
    Sprinkle on croutons.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
