Potato Bake - cooking recipe

instant mashed potatoes (for 6 servings)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, whipped
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
paprika
Preparation

Grease 1-quart casserole.
Prepare the instant mashed potatoes, using package directions, except omit butter.
Fold in cream cheese. Stir in egg, onion and parsley. Blend well and transfer to well-greased 1-quart baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
