Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage, casings removed
    1 c. sliced zucchini squash
    1/2 c. green pepper squares
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen tortellini
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook sausage, zucchini, green pepper, onion and garlic with oregano until done. Stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
    Makes 7 cups or 4 servings.
