Mexican Stack-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans bean dip
2 avocados, peeled and mashed
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. sour cream
1 bunch chopped green onions
3 medium chopped tomatoes
1 can sliced black olives
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place prepared ingredients on large platter in the following order:
bean dip, avocado (to keep avocado from browning, sprinkle lemon juice on top), taco seasoning and sour cream mixed together, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, black olives and grated cheese (on top).
