Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rolled oats
2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. wheat flakes
2 c. coconut
1 c. honey or corn syrup
salt (with shaker)
Preparation

Measure oats, wheat flakes, nuts and coconut into bowl. Stir to\tmix.
Add
oil,
honey,
vanilla and salt. Mix well. Spread 1/2-inch
deep
on\tcookie\tsheet.\tBake at 250\u00b0 until toasted and
golden
brown,
about\t40
to\t60 minutes.
Stir occasionally as sides brown first. Let cool.
Store in jars.
