Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 1 lb. tortellini
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. frozen veggies
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or 1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. chopped basil
    1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
Preparation
    Prepare tortellini and veggies as packages direct.
    Drain and keep hot.
    In large bowl, mix together mayonnaise or olive oil, Parmesan and/or Romano cheese, minced garlic, basil and black or white pepper.
    Mix hot veggies and tortellini with sauce (cheese should melt, if not nuke it).
    The olive oil version is \"Heart Smart.\"
