Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can drained French-style green beans
1 can drained peas
8 stalks celery
1 small onion
1/8 to 1/4 c. green pepper
1 small jar pimento
2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
Preparation

Mix vinegar, sugar and oil and pour over vegetables.
Before serving, drain off and add salt and pepper.
