Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. instant rice
    2 cans Mexican corn
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in large cooking dish.
    Add 1 cup water; bring to boil.
    Add 1 cup instant rice; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
