High As The Sky Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Whip the whipping cream in a small bowl and put in fridge. Chill a medium mixing bowl (glass, not plastic) and beaters. Combine remaining ingredients and beat 15 minutes (by timer). Fold mixtures together and swirl.
Pour into pre-baked 8-inch pie crust.
Place, uncovered, in freezer.
Serve frozen.
