Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet or Dutch oven, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until onion is tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
