Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    salt (optional)
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add Crisco and mix well.
    Add buttermilk.
    On a well-floured board, knead dough.
    Roll out to desired height and cut with cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
