Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 c. apples (Granny Smith)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. coconut, shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 350\u00b0.\tGrease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. Peel,
core and quarter apples.
Cut into 1/4-inch thick slices. Mix apples and sugar together.
Let stand 30 minutes. Add oil and eggs; mixing well.\tSift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Stir into apple mixture.
Add vanilla, walnuts and coconut.
Pour into
Bundt
pan.
Bake

to 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
