Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green bell peppers
    2 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 (5-inch) links Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. dry red wine
    2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 lb. egg noodles
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove cores, ribs and seeds from peppers.
    Set aside.
    Peel onions and slice into 1/8-inch slices.
    Set aside.
    Heat olive oil in large skillet.
    Sear sausage for 5 minutes until well browned on all sides.
    Remove from skillet and set aside.
    Cook peppers and onions in sausage pan for 5 minutes over high heat.
    Mix tomato paste with 1/4 cup of wine to dissolve.
    Mix remaining wine and pour into skillet.
    Bring to boil for 1 minuet.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Sprinkle oregano over vegetables.
    Place sausages in pan; cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Cook noodles.
    Serve over noodles.
