Jewel Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pecans
    2 (7 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
    3/4 lb. candied cherries
    3/4 lb. candied pineapple
    2 pkg. shredded coconut
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Line a loaf pan with heavy brown paper.
    Grease paper well. (Use about a 4-inch deep pan and a brown paper sack.)
    Chop pecans, dates, cherries and pineapple into medium-sized pieces. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Mix until blended.
    Turn into prepared loaf pan and press with spoon, or use your hand, to level the top.
