Basic Cream Sauce In Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2-quart measuring cup on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Microwave on High for 30 seconds.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring several times.
    Sauce should boil and thicken. Pour into 1-cup freezer-safe containers.
    Seal, label and freeze. May be frozen up to 3 months.
