Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
2/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line bottom of Pyrex baking dish with pineapple. Mix flour and sugar.
Sprinkle mixture over pineapple. Cover with grated cheese.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of cheese.
Pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake for 30 minutes.
