Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place beans in 1-inch salted water (1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired, to 1 cup water).
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Boil, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Cover and boil 4 to 6 minutes or until desired tenderness.
    Drain.
