Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chow mein vegetables or Fancy Chinese vegetables, drained
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    carrots
    cabbage
    salt
    soy sauce
    garlic powder
    egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Shred vegetables, beef, carrots and cabbage. Squeeze out excess juice after shredding. Add soy sauce, salt and garlic powder to taste.
    Roll small amounts into egg roll wrappers.
