Cabbage And Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    5 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 qt. beef or chicken broth
    1 large can kidney beans, drained
    1 can chili beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large cabbage
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat in heavy 6-quart kettle or pan.
    Chop celery and onion.
    Cook until onions are transparent.
    Add other ingredients. Chop or cut cabbage into bite size pieces.
    Bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and sugar.
    Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Keep adding extra water as needed.
