Beef 'N Beer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 onions, chopped
1 1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. beef consomme
1 1/2 c. beer
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onions and garlic in butter.
Add flour.
Mix well to coat beef.
Add consomme and beer.
Season with rest of ingredients.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until meat is tender, about 3 hours.
Serve with noodles or rice.
