Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix rice, beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
    Form into 18 balls and put in skillet.
    Add sugar to remaining juice.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes.
