Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans sauerkraut
1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 small minced onion
1 small minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
chopped parsley
crumbled bacon
Preparation
-
Mix together first 8 ingredients.
Squeeze all juice out of sauerkraut before adding other ingredients.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and crumbled bacon over top before serving.
This can be made several days before using.
