Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked and drained
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Stir in the tomato paste, oregano leaves and the bouillon liquid with 1 teaspoon sugar and simmer about 20 minutes.
