Quick Berry Parfaits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (small) Jell-O (any flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold cranberry juice plus enough ice to make 1 1/4 c.
1/2 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; put in blender.
Add juice and water; blend 10 seconds.
Add topping; blend 15 seconds.
Pour half of mixture in a glass.
Let stand 1 minute; top with remaining mixture.
